Although we pay a large amount of our success to the faces of our company, our drivers, 3D would not exist without the extensive knowledge, experience and commitment of our office staff. Collectively working 365 days a year, this team are both what keeps 3D moving all year round, and being one of the most respected courier companies in South Yorkshire.

Steve | Founder

Steve established 3D Couriers in 2002 as an owner-driver. He gradually built on his strong customer relationships to form a small co-operative with other trusted drivers, before diversifying the business to include national and international freight forwarding. Steve is now semi-retired but still acts as a business consultant for 3D.

Fay | Administrator & Accounts Assistant

Joining the team in 2017, Fay is now expanding on her education through work & study. Having previous qualifications & experience in this field, Fay is keen to progress her knowledge to aid in the smooth running & efficiency of the organisation.

Chris Johnson | Director

 

I began couriering in September 2010 and have worked with 3D Couriers during that time. We have progressed over the years, building our business and reputation around the country. In April of this year, I was offered the chance of taking over 3D and merging the two businesses. The collaboration gives us chance to continue to grow and helps to service our customers better, quicker and more cost effectively.

3D Courier Services is a Friends & Family Co-operative of owner drivers.

Founded by Stephen Russell in 2002, 3D has grown into one of South Yorkshire’s, most diverse Same day Courier Businesses. Steve has many more years within the logistics industry and is not a stranger to hard work. He started his logistics career by starting out as an owner driver himself, with just a small van. Many years later Steve employed his daughter Holly (who is now the owner of 3D) to join the team and she brought with her, her many years of professional knowledge of administration, accounts, customer service & ICT. From there the business has grown from strength to strength. 3D is now a respected and successful co-operative of local & nationwide owner drivers, with a very diverse fleet.

By 2019 we are aiming to turn all of our office processes completely green. We are investing in a new state of the art tracking & POD system. This will enable us to drastically minimise vital paper and ink usage. All our administration & accounts will be solely computer based, using only the most environmentally friendly & efficiency rated products & systems. POD’s will be instant and electrical which will aid in productivity and improve customer service and satisfaction.

We believe that by making changes, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction to make a better tomorrow and a better world for us all and our children to live.

We are a reliable professional International and domestic courier company with many years’ experience in logistics.

We started as same day couriers serving Sheffield in 2002, with just two employees working out of a small room at home. All these years later we are still a family business, offering our customers a personal service, but are one of the leading UK and International courier companies in Sheffield, Rotherham and the whole of South Yorkshire.
